Vadodara Citizen Council (ard)

We’ve been around the Old Rander Road area for a while now. If you go past the Bajaj Auto Center and look up at the Co-operative House, that's where we are. It’s right near Mahila Chow Kadi. Most people just know us as the folks who deal with local issues in Vadodara. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some files piled up. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and trying to figure out how to make the city run a bit better. Sometimes it’s about the roads, other times it’s about water or just helping someone figure out a form. It gets busy in here, especially in the mornings when everyone stops by on their way to work. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who care about what happens on our streets. You might see us out and about more than in the office anyway. Dealing with the council stuff takes a lot of patience. It’s not always easy and things move slow, but we stay at it because this is our home too. If you're coming by, just look for the sign above the auto shop. The stairs are a bit narrow, so watch your step. We usually have some tea going if you want to sit for a minute. It's just how we do things here, keeping it local and trying to help out where it's needed most without making too much of a fuss about it.
