Our office is situated in units 201 and 202 on the second floor of Shri Hari Corner. If you’re looking for us, we’re right behind the Express Hotel and just above Century Tyres. It’s a busy intersection and the sound of traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are looking at our paperwork and computer screens. At South East Asia Impex, we handle a lot of logistics and trading stuff. There are always boxes and files moving around. It’s not a very quiet office; between the phones ringing and people coming in to drop off documents, there’s always something happening. We aren't into the corporate culture of wearing suits or having long meetings about nothing. We just want to get the shipping details right and make sure the goods are moving where they need to go. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit steep at the end of a long day. We grab coffee from the place downstairs and keep going until the work is done. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere, but we have our own system that works. We don't try to impress anyone with a fancy setup; we just focus on the imports and exports that pay the bills.
