Shri Ganesh Stores

I've been working here at Shri Ganesh Stores for quite a while now. We are located right near the Jala Krupa Complex over on Waghodiya Road in Vadodara. The shop stays pretty busy most days. People stop in while they are out running errands around the neighborhood. It gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We mostly just keep the shelves stocked with what folks need for their houses. It isn't a huge place but it works for us. Sometimes the traffic on Waghodiya Road gets a little loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. I usually start the day by sweeping the front and making sure everything looks okay. We know most of the people who come in by their first names because they live just a few blocks away. It is just a normal local shop where you can grab stuff quickly. Nothing fancy about it really. We have been in this spot for years and the Jala Krupa Complex is a good landmark if anyone asks where we are. It's nice being part of the community here. The weather in Vadodara can get really hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. Sometimes the delivery trucks take up a lot of space out front, but we manage. Just a regular day for us here. The items we sell aren't special, just the usual things like soap, snacks, and stuff for the kitchen.
