If you walk through the main market in Bhadbhut, you will find us right near the Post Office. Shreeji Pulses Mill has been operating here for quite some time now. We are tucked in close to Kanubhai Anaj Kirana Store, which everyone in the neighborhood knows. Our place isn't some high-tech laboratory; it’s a working mill where things get dusty and the machines make a lot of noise. We spend our days processing different types of pulses and lentils. You can smell the grains as soon as you get near the door. It’s a very hands-on job. We have sacks piled up and machines running most of the day.
