Shree Hans Vegetaria

Shree Hans Vegetaria is located out in Sachin Udhyog Nagar, right on Road No. 6 in the Manjaipur area. This part of town is mostly industrial, so we see a lot of people who work in the nearby factories and offices. We started this place because there weren't many good options for vegetarian food around here. It’s not a big fancy restaurant, just a solid place to get a meal. The kitchen is usually moving fast, especially around noon. We use whatever vegetables are fresh at the market that morning. Some days it’s busier than others, and we might run out of certain items early. That’s just part of how we run things. We don't use a lot of fancy equipment, just standard pots and pans. My cousin helps out with the serving and I stay mostly in the back. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but for now, we just keep focusing on the stove. It’s a bit dusty outside because of the road work, but inside we try to keep it tidy. People come in, eat their lunch, and get back to their jobs. We like being part of this industrial community. It’s honest work and it pays the bills. We don't really do advertisements. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they drive past Road No. 6. We keep the doors open six days a week for everyone.
