Shree Gurukrupa Handicrafts

Shree Gurukrupa Handicrafts is located at Shop No. 15 in the Navrachana Complex, which is on Sama Road. We are quite close to the Jalaram Temple, so a lot of people who come for prayers end up walking past our shop too. Sama is a nice neighborhood, and the Navrachana Complex has been around for a bit, so it feels like a familiar place for everyone. We spend our hours here working on different types of handicrafts, surrounded by wood, fabric, and whatever else we are using that week. The shop is a bit cluttered, as you might expect from a place where things are actually made by hand. There are always scraps on the floor and tools on the counters. We like the pace of things here in Sama. It is busy enough to keep us active but not so crazy that we can't focus on our craft. Most of our days are spent sitting at the back of the shop, putting things together while chatting with the neighbors who pop their heads in. The temple bells nearby remind us of the time, and we usually close up once it starts getting dark. It is a straightforward way to earn a living, making things that people might want to have in their homes. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the materials and get the work done correctly.
