Shree Ambassador Sweets

We are located at Raopura Link Road 1, which is a busy enough spot for a sweet shop like ours. Shree Ambassador Sweets isn't a very large place, but we make it work. Most of the day is spent behind the counter or in the small kitchen area we have. We focus on getting the milk boiling and the sugar mixed just right for the different sweets we offer. It takes a lot of time to get things to the right consistency. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the same stuff we’ve used for years. The road outside can get pretty noisy with all the rickshaws and cars going by, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the fans. We see a lot of people who are just passing through on their way somewhere else. They stop for a quick bite or to take a box home. We don't really have a big philosophy or mission statement. We just open the shutters in the morning and close them at night. It’s a simple routine that keeps us busy. We try to keep the shop clean and the trays full. That’s really all there is to it. People on Raopura Link Road know we’re here if they need something sweet. It’s just a local business trying to do things the old-fashioned way without any fuss or bother. We just do what we can.
