Serap India Pvt.Ltd. is based out of Plot No.714 & 715 in the Gidc-Manjusar area, over in Taluka-Savli. It’s a bit of a drive out there, but it’s where all the space is for what we do. We have been working at this site for quite some time. The plots are large, which helps because we have a lot of equipment to manage. It’s mostly an engineering and manufacturing vibe around here. You’ll see plenty of dust and hear a lot of noise from the machines throughout the day. We aren't into fancy offices. We have our desks near where the actual work happens. The guys on the floor know what they’re doing, and we mostly just let them get on with it. It’s a straightforward environment. We deal with cooling and milk storage stuff mainly. It’s a lot of metalwork and welding. Savli is a growing area for industry, so we have seen more neighbors move in lately. We don't spend much time on marketing. Most of the people who need us already know where the plots are. We just make sure the quality is decent and the timelines are met. It’s hard work, especially when it gets really hot in the summer, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. Just a local business doing its thing in the GIDC. No flashy signs, just a place where real work gets done every day.
