Go Vegan

Go Vegan is located over at E6 on Road No. 1. We are pretty easy to spot because we’re right near the petrol pump. It’s a small place, nothing too crazy. We just wanted to have a spot where we could do vegan stuff. It’s not about being trendy or anything. We just like the food and the lifestyle. The area gets a lot of cars because of the fuel station, so there’s always people coming and going. Sometimes it’s just one or two of us behind the counter. We keep things simple. The menu isn't a mile long because we only make what we know how to do. Some days are slow, and we just sit and talk to the regulars who stop by after filling up their tanks. It’s a bit of a weird spot for a vegan place, being next to a petrol pump, but it works for us. We don't have fancy decorations. Just some tables and chairs and the kitchen in the back. We use the space we have. It’s honest work. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and making sure things are fresh. It’s just a local shop. No big corporate vibe here. We are just regular people who happen to run a vegan business on Road No. 1. Sometimes we run out of ingredients early, but that's how it is when you're small. We just enjoy the cooking and seeing people eat.
