We are located in the Arth Complex over in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara. You can find us at Subhash Par, which is a fairly well-known part of this neighborhood. The restaurant isn't anything too flashy. We have a simple setup with tables and chairs where people can sit and eat without much fuss. Karelibaug is a busy place, and there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. We focus on getting the food out on time and making sure the place is tidy for the next person who walks in. The staff here is small, just a few of us who handle everything from taking orders to washing the dishes. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people find us because they live nearby or work in one of the other shops in the complex. Our days are pretty repetitive, starting with prep work in the kitchen and ending with a final scrub down of the floors. We use whatever ingredients we can get that are fresh in the market that day. It’s a humble way to make a living, but we’ve been doing it here for some time now. Sometimes the complex gets crowded, but we manage to keep things moving inside. If you’re around Karelibaug and just need a place to eat, we are usually here. We don't have a grand mission, we just stay open and serve whoever comes through the door. It is what it is.
