Sai Sarvanand Store

Sai Sarvanand Store is located at Shop No B/11 on the Main Road in Karelibaug. We are quite close to the Jalaram Temple, so we often hear the temple bells in the morning and evening. It is a nice part of Vadodara to be in. The store is where we spend most of our time, from early morning until about ten at night. We have all the usual stuff like spices, oils, and snacks that people need for their homes. Most of our customers live in the surrounding colonies and have been coming here for a long time. We know what most people usually buy, so we try to keep those items ready. The shop is not very modern. We have simple wooden shelves and a stone counter. During the festival seasons, it gets very busy, and we have to work much harder to keep up with the crowd. Otherwise, the days are pretty steady. We spend some time every day just organizing the new stock that arrives. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to fit everything into the small storage space we have at the back. We don't really do anything special, just provide a place where the neighbors can find their daily essentials. It is a quiet way to earn a living, and we are happy to be part of the community here in Karelibaug.
