Pratik Transformers Private Limited

Our workshop is at Plot No. 73-74 in the Savli Industrial Estate, specifically in the Manjusar area of Tal.-Savli. It is a large space because transformers are not exactly small things to work on. We have heavy cranes and a lot of metal lying around. The smell of oil and fresh paint is pretty common here. It is a loud environment with all the winding machines going. We spend most of our time at Pratik Transformers just making sure the coils are tight and the casings are sealed. It is heavy work. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoons and it gets quite warm inside. We have big fans going, but they mostly just move the hot air around. Most of us here at the estate have been doing this for years. We know the routines of the delivery drivers who come through Manjusar. The paperwork is always a bit of a chore, sitting at a desk that is slightly wobbling. We don't have any fancy coffee machines; we just brew a big pot of tea in the corner. Sometimes customers come by to check on their orders, and we just walk them through the floor. We show them the progress without any polished presentations. It is just real work in a real factory. We stay until the job is done, even if it means staying late after the sun goes down.
