Prathvi General Kirana Store

Prathvi General Kirana Store is located at 402 Unique Tower in Vadodara. You can find us right across from Hotel Surya in the Sayajigunj area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around because of the hotels and offices. We are up in the tower, which is a bit different from the usual ground-floor kirana shops you see on every corner. We’ve been here in the 390005 area for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the people who work and live nearby. We sell all the basic grocery items people need for their homes. It’s just a small shop and we handle everything ourselves. We don't have any big fancy signs or a marketing team. It’s just us stocking the shelves and waiting on customers. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, but people still come up to see us. We try to keep a good variety of things even though the space isn't huge. Dealing with suppliers and keeping track of inventory takes up most of our day. It’s a lot of work but it's what we do. We like being in Sayajigunj because there is always something happening outside. If you are near Hotel Surya, you are pretty much right there in the building. We are just regular people running a simple business in Vadodara for the neighborhood.
