Patel Party Plot

Our place is located on R V Desai Road, right in Millat Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are basically opposite Bhagyodaya House. It is a big open space that we have been taking care of for years. Living and working around here, you get used to the noise of the city, but once you step inside the gates, it feels a bit different. We spend a lot of our time just maintaining the ground, making sure the grass is okay and the gates are working right. It is not one of those high-end corporate venues, it is just a solid plot of land where people can gather. We see all kinds of events, from small community meets to bigger family things. Being near the main road makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a puzzle during the busy season. We don't really do much fancy talk. We just show people the space and let them decide if it works for what they need. There is a lot of history in this part of town and we feel like a part of it now. Every morning we check the perimeter and clean up whatever needs doing. It is a lot of outdoor work. We handle the bookings ourselves and try to keep things straightforward for everyone who comes by to ask about the dates. We keep the gates open during the day so anyone can walk in and see the layout for themselves without making a big deal out of it.
