Paras Pan & General Store

We run Paras Pan & General Store in Vadodara. The address is Damashray Tarun Society 37. It is more of a corner shop than anything else. We sell a bit of everything, from pan to snacks and household items. It's a general store, so you never know what someone is going to ask for. We try to keep the basics in stock like soap, biscuits, and cigarettes. The pan is popular in the evenings when people are heading home from work. The shop is part of the Damashray Tarun Society, so most of our customers are our neighbors. We've lived around here for a long time. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to fit a lot of products on the shelves. Sometimes we lose track of where things are, but we eventually find them. We don't have a fancy billing system. We just write things down or remember the prices. It’s a local way of doing business. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people chatting. We are right there at number 37.
