Nisarg Sweet & Farsan Mart

You’ll find Nisarg Sweet & Farsan Mart over at BF-24 in the Gadital area on Gotri Road. We’ve got a mix of sweets and salty snacks, so the shop always smells like sugar and spices mixed together. It’s a small storefront, and we have to be careful how we stack the boxes so they don't fall over. We spend a lot of time in the back prep area, especially before festivals when everyone wants boxes of sweets for their relatives. It gets really crowded in here during those times, and we have to work fast to keep up. The display cases are usually full of different colors, which looks nice even if the lighting in the shop isn't the best. We aren't fancy people, we just know how to make good sweets and snacks. My brother and I run the place mostly, with a little help here and there. We’ve been on Gotri Road for a while and we know most of the other shop owners around here. It’s a good community. Sometimes we have a slow day when it rains, and we just sit and wait for the weather to clear. But usually, there is a steady stream of people coming in for a quick snack or something sweet. We just keep the counters clean and the trays full as much as we can. One of the display lights flickers occasionally but we manage to stay busy regardless.
