Makarpura Gidc Industrial Estate Charitable Trust

We are over at Plot No. 77 in the Makarpura GIDC Industrial Estate. This is where the charitable trust is based. The building is pretty simple, just some rooms where we manage things. Being in an industrial estate, we are surrounded by factories and workshops. It’s a noisy area, but we try to keep our space a bit quieter for the visitors. We have people coming in all the time asking for things or looking for help with various issues. There’s a lot of paperwork to deal with, mostly stored in big folders on the shelves. We have a few wooden benches for people to sit on while they wait. The trust has been here for years, and we know most of the people around the estate. The windows are usually open to let some air in, even if it brings in the sound of the machines next door. We don't have a big budget for decorations, so the walls are just plain and a bit yellowed. There’s a small desk near the entrance where we keep a logbook. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a lot of work and sometimes it gets overwhelming, but we just take it one day at a time. The road outside can get muddy when it rains, so we have to wipe our feet a lot. It’s just a plain office doing what it can for people.
