Global Gourmet Pvt. Ltd. is our company, and we operate out of Plot No. 296 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. Even though the name sounds international, we are a local outfit. We deal with food products, so our space has to stay a lot cleaner than some of the machine shops nearby. We spend a lot of our time on quality checks and making sure the packaging is sealed right. It’s a different kind of pace here. We have to follow a lot of rules because it’s food, but we still keep a relaxed vibe among the staff. Most of us have been here for a long time. We don't have any of those corporate slogans or motivational posters. We just know that if the product isn't good, people won't buy it again. It’s as simple as that. The warehouse can get pretty busy when the big orders come in, and everyone has to jump in to help, even the folks who usually sit at the desks. We don't mind getting our hands dirty. It’s a good place to work, and we all get along for the most part. We aren't trying to be some massive conglomerate. We just want to make decent stuff that people enjoy eating. If we can do that and stay in business, we’re happy. That's about it for us really, just a food company doing our daily thing.
