Ladu Foods Private Limited

Our place is in Vadodara, on Vasna Bhayli Road. We are in the Nilambar Belisimo building, specifically unit F 104, right by the Nilambar Circle. We make food items, mostly ladus. It is a small operation. We started this because we knew how to make good traditional snacks and figured we could make a business out of it. We don't have a big board of directors or anything like that. It is just us in the kitchen and the packing area. The building is quite new, but our workspace looks like any other busy kitchen. There are always bags of flour and sugar around. We spend a lot of time rolling the ladus and getting the packaging right. Sometimes the orders come in all at once and we have to work late into the night. We don't mind it too much. The traffic around the circle can be a bit of a mess during rush hour, so we try to time our deliveries for earlier in the day. We don't have a professional writer to make us sound fancy. We are just regular people making food that we hope people like. It’s hard work and your hands get tired after a while, but it’s what we do. We just take it one day at a time and focus on the next batch.
