It’s a pretty busy part of town with a lot of vehicles always moving past. Being on the Ring Road makes it easier for us to get our supplies in and out, but the noise never really stops. We spend most of our time working with different seasonings and food blends. The air in the office usually smells like pepper or cumin, depending on what we are working on that day. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We started this because we liked the idea of making food taste better with just a few simple additions. It’s mostly just us sitting around, testing out different mixes and then packing them up. The building itself is easy to spot once you are on the main road, though the parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We don’t have a big team, just a few people who know their way around a kitchen and a spice rack. We take things one day at a time, trying to get the orders filled and keeping the shelves organized.
