Kostlich Chochos

Kostlich Chochos is located at 122 in Sector 29, Karalipura, Gandhinagar. We’re a small operation and we spend most of our time in the kitchen area. It’s not a big corporate factory; it’s more like a small workshop where we focus on what we’re making. The smell in here is usually pretty good, which is a nice perk of the job. We’ve been in Gandhinagar for a bit now and we like the pace of Sector 29. It’s fairly quiet, which allows us to concentrate. The space isn't very big, so we have to stay organized, or things get messy fast. We have some basic equipment and a few cooling racks that are always full. We don't really have a storefront where you can browse; it’s mostly just us preparing orders and getting them ready to go out. We wear aprons and hats all day, and our hands are usually busy. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but there’s something satisfying about finishing a batch. We don't do big TV ads or have a team of sales reps. We just hope that if someone likes what we make, they’ll tell someone else. That’s how we’ve grown so far, just slowly and through word of mouth. It feels more personal that way. We aren't trying to take over the world, just making sure everything that leaves number 122 is up to our own standards. It’s a simple way to run a small business in the city.
