Kalyan Rice & Pulse Mill

We've been at Plot No.-C-802 in the Gidc Makarpura area for a good while now. It’s right near Manjil Pur Road, so it stays pretty busy around here with trucks coming and going all day. At Kalyan Rice & Pulse Mill, we mostly spend our time dealing with the machines and making sure the pulses and rice are getting sorted like they should. It gets noisy inside when everything is running, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know the neighbors in Gidc well enough. Sometimes the dust gets a bit much, but we keep the floors swept as best as we can. It is not fancy work, just honest labor. You might see us out front talking to drivers or checking the bags before they get loaded up. The weather gets hot in the summer, making the shed feel like an oven, but the work doesn't stop. We just keep our heads down and get through the orders. People know where to find us if they need anything specific. We don't spend much time on the computer, usually just enough to handle the basic paperwork. It's a straightforward setup. We focus on the grains and making sure everything is what it’s supposed to be for the local market. Just a regular day at the mill, really. We've got a routine that works.
