Kalapi Sweet & Farsan

We are located at Waghodia Road 9. Our shop has been around for quite a while, selling all sorts of sweets and salty snacks. We have a big kitchen area in the back where we do all the frying and boiling. It’s a busy place from the moment we open the shutters. We have shelves lined with jars of different snacks and a glass counter for the sweets. We try to keep everything organized, but when it gets busy, things can get a bit messy. We don't mind it too much as long as everyone gets what they came for. The staff here is like a small family. We’ve all been working together for years. We don't use any fancy packaging or expensive labels. We just put the snacks in a plain box or bag and tie it up. It’s the way things have been done here on Waghodia Road for a long time. People come in for a bit of a chat as much as they do for the food. We know about their lives and they know about ours. It’s a friendly neighborhood spot. We aren't trying to expand or anything like that. We are just happy to keep making our sweets and serving the local people. If you ever walk by, you’ll likely see us busy behind the counter or stacking the latest batch of snacks.
