Jalaram Khaman

Jalaram Khaman is our small food shop located at Number 1 in Sahjanand Society. We are right on the Harni Varasiya Ring Road, which is a busy stretch of road where cars and bikes are always zooming past. We specialize in making khaman, and we start our work long before the sun even comes up. The kitchen is the heart of our business, and it is usually steaming hot with the smell of fresh food filling the air. We don't have a big seating area or any fancy decorations. It is just a simple counter where people can pick up their orders and go about their day. Some people have been coming to us for years, and we know exactly what they want as soon as they walk in. We don't use any complicated recipes or expensive equipment. We just follow the steps we learned a long time ago. My wife and I handle most of the work, and occasionally our nephew helps out during the busy morning rush. It is a humble life, but we take pride in the fact that our food is part of people's daily routines. Sometimes we run out of stock earlier than expected, and we have to close up shop, but we try to make enough for everyone. We aren't looking to open a hundred branches; we are happy right here in Sahjanand Society serving our local community one plate at a time.
