Ice Crem Parler

Our place is called Ice Crem Parler and we are located in Oasis Abenu on Sunfarmer Road. This is in the Paladgal area of Vadodara, right behind Meganam Plaza. The name might have a bit of a spelling quirk, but that’s just how it is on our signs. The shop is tucked away a bit, so you have to look for it behind the main plaza. We spend our days in the shop keeping things cool. Vadodara gets incredibly hot, so the refrigerators are the most important things we own. We are constantly checking the temperature gauges. The road outside can get a bit congested during peak hours, but it’s usually manageable. We don't have a lot of staff, so we do everything ourselves—from mopping the floors to serving the customers. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day. We have a few small tables where people can sit for a few minutes. We aren't trying to be a fancy cafe. It’s just a parlor where you can get something cold. We get a lot of people who work in the plaza coming over for a break. We’ve learned to recognize the regulars and what they usually like to order. It’s a simple routine and it works for us. We just stay focused on the work and make sure the shop is ready for whoever comes in next. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us here, nothing more and nothing less than that really.
