Huseni Samosha Center

We are located right on the Outer Ring Road in the Sayajigun Mahadevapura area. It is a very loud spot because of all the traffic passing by on Road 1, but that actually helps new people find us easily. Huseni Samosha Center is just a small, dedicated place where we spend the whole day frying up samosas. We spend most of our hours folding the dough and stuffing it with a mix of potatoes and peas. The oil in the big vats is always kept hot and ready. We go through many bags of flour every single week. People who are driving by often pull over to the side to grab a few hot ones for their trip. We do not have much of a dining area for people to sit, it is mostly just a counter to hand over the bags. It gets quite hot inside the shop because of those big frying pans going all the time. We make the green chutney ourselves every morning from scratch. It is usually spicy, though sometimes it is more than others depending on the batch of chilies we get from the market. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that, just enough of a marking so you don't drive right past us. It is hard work being on your feet all day long. But we have been doing this for a long time. We know the regulars and what they want.
