Gujarat Food.Com is based at Sb-15 in the Silver Line Complex. It is right across from the BBC Tower in Sayajigunj. Being in this part of town means there is always something going on. The complex itself has a lot of shops, and we are tucked in there at SB-15. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for us to manage the food items we handle. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change over the years. The tower across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Sometimes the parking out front is a real mess, especially in the afternoons. We just deal with it. Our staff is local and we do not really do the whole corporate thing. We just come in, get the orders ready, and talk to whoever stops by. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We are too busy with the day-to-day tasks. It gets a bit hot in the summer months because the ventilation isn't the greatest in this part of the complex. But we have some fans going. We just try to keep things simple. No fancy mission statements or anything like that here. We just provide food stuff through the website and this physical spot. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning till night.
