Giri Raj Provision Store

We are located at Booth 312 over on Race Course Road in Vadodara. It’s a small booth, but we manage to fit a lot of stuff in here for the people in Sector 15. We mainly deal with everyday groceries like pulses, rice, and cooking oil. The space is a bit tight, especially when we get our weekly delivery and boxes are sitting on the floor. I've been working here for years and I know most of the faces that come through the door. It’s a quiet enough area until the evening when everyone gets home from work. We keep a ledger for some of the regulars who pay at the end of the month. It's old fashioned but it works for us. The lights sometimes flicker if the weather is bad, but we keep a torch handy. We don't do home delivery because it’s just me and one helper, and someone always needs to be at the counter. If you need something specific for a recipe, we might have it tucked away in the back. It’s a bit dusty on the top shelves because I can’t reach them very well without the ladder. We try to keep the prices fair and the quality is what it is. It’s just a neighborhood shop where you can pick up sugar or tea on your way home. My nephew sometimes helps me count the stock on Sundays when I'm tired.
