Gac Anti Corruption Awareness Council

We are located over at Kanha Residency, which is out in Maretha, a village area on the outskirts of Vadodara. If you’re heading that way, you’ll probably pass St. Basil School first. Our office is at number 149. It’s a quiet spot compared to the city center, which actually helps us focus on what we’re doing with the council. The Gac Anti Corruption Awareness Council has been operating from here for some time. It’s a simple residential-style building, so it doesn't look like a typical government office or anything like that. People from the village and nearby areas stop by when they need to chat about things. Sometimes the roads around here get a little rough during the monsoon, but otherwise, it’s a pretty easy commute from the main parts of Vadodara. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files stacked up. There isn't any fancy decor on the walls, just the usual calendars and maybe a clock that’s five minutes fast. We just handle the day-to-day tasks as they come. It's mostly paperwork and talking to people who want to understand more about how things work. There’s a bit of a yard out front where some of the staff park their scooters. It’s just a normal place where we try to do something useful for the community without making a big fuss about it. The air is a bit fresher out here than it is in the middle of town.
