You can find us over at Ananta Trendz, specifically in unit 211. We’re located in Gotri, right on the 30 Meter Road. It’s a pretty busy area now, especially with Yash Complex across from us and Narayan Gardens nearby. The name of our place is Edward Food Research And Analysis Center Ltd. While the name sounds a bit formal, we’re actually a pretty down-to-earth bunch. We spend our days looking at food samples and doing different types of testing and research. The office has a lot of equipment, as you’d expect, and things are usually kept quite tidy because they have to be. It’s not the kind of place where we have big meetings in fancy boardrooms. Mostly, it’s just the staff in their lab coats or sitting at their computers, trying to make sense of the data we collect. Gotri has grown a lot lately, so there’s always something new being built around here. We’ve stayed focused on our niche, helping to figure out what’s in the food people are making or selling. It’s interesting work, even if it’s repetitive sometimes. We don't go around bragging about what we do; we just provide the reports and move on to the next sample. It’s a practical, necessary service, and we’re happy to be doing it from this spot in Vadodara. It’s just how we spend our weeks, keeping things simple and accurate as we go through our daily tasks.
