Deep Architect Engineer

You can find us up in 201/202Anandam Plaza, right on Bhaokale'S Lane. Deep Architect Engineer has been operating out of these two rooms for a good bit of time. We do the technical side of things, like engineering, along with the architectural drawings. It’s a lot of math and looking at structural details to make sure everything stays standing. The lane gets a bit crowded sometimes, but we like being in the middle of things. Our desks are usually covered in piles of site reports and big rolls of paper. We aren't the type to use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the buildings are safe and the plans make sense. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated. It's a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking site measurements. Being in Anandam Plaza means we have neighbors who are also running their own small shops. It feels like a real community here. We don't have any fancy brochures. People usually just hear about us from someone else in the area. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical details that matter for a solid building. It's honest work and we enjoy the challenge of a tricky plot of land. We probably use too much paper, but that's how we get things done. We keep some old blueprints around just for memories.
