Rasiklal Architect

We've been at the Thakkar Industrial Estate for a while now. It's on Ajwa Road, specifically Champsi Bhimji Road. Rasiklal Architect is just our small team working on building plans. We spend most of our days at the desk or out looking at sites around here. It gets busy in this part of town, but we like being in an industrial area where things actually get made. People usually just drop by or call when they need a drawing done for a new shed or a house renovation. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's just a practical space where we keep our tools and papers. Most of the people around here know us because we've been in the same spot for years. If you're coming down Ajwa Road, you just look for the Thakkar estate signs and you'll find us. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us occupied enough. Some days are slow and some days the phone won't stop ringing. That's just how the business goes. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the layouts make sense for whoever is going to live or work there. It isn't complicated work but it takes time to get the details right. We're usually here from morning until early evening unless we're out checking on a project's progress somewhere. The traffic around the estate can be a headache sometimes, but it's home.
