Prakash Architect

Prakash Architect is located over in the Agrahara Layout. Specifically, we are at 11th Cross and 3rd Main in the Karelibaug area. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a plain building where we do our work. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in rolls of paper and a couple of computers. We don't really go for a polished corporate look. It’s more of a place where things actually get done. We spend our days drawing up plans and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes we are out at the 11th Cross just chatting with people about their building needs. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing a good enough job that people tell their friends about us. It’s a simple way to run a business. We focus on making sure the designs are practical and that they fit the space available in Agrahara Layout. Some projects are small and some take a lot longer, but we just keep plugging away at them. If you’re in Karelibaug, you can usually find us here during the day. We aren't trying to be fancy, just trying to provide a helpful service to the local community. It's a bit of a walk from the main road, but it's a quiet enough spot for us to concentrate on the drawings.
