Disha Architect & Engineers

Our office is located at 124/125 on Palace Road in Model Colony. It’s a pretty busy area, and Disha Architect & Engineers fits right in with the local pace. We have a mix of architectural work and engineering tasks going on at the same time. This means our tables are often cluttered with structural calculations and floor plans. It gets a bit loud when we are all debating the best way to handle a foundation or where the plumbing lines should run. We don't really do the whole polished corporate routine. Most people who visit find us in rolled-up sleeves, probably covered in a bit of dust from a site visit. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure they follow the blueprints we spent weeks preparing. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of stress when materials don’t show up on time. But that is just the nature of construction. We like the practical side of things, seeing a building actually go up from a hole in the ground. There’s no fancy lobby here, just a lot of workspaces and cabinets full of old project files. We take on whatever comes through the door, whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger building. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything is solid and safe for the people who will use it. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
