Chintan Architects

Our office is over at Green Park Apartment on New Sama Road. It’s right near Swathi Society, so it is easy to find if you know the area. Chintan Architects is a small operation. We don’t have a huge team of people in suits. It is mostly just us working on computers and talking to clients about their homes or offices. We’ve been here in Vadodara for a while, and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit. On New Sama Road, things are always growing. We do a lot of residential work, but we take on whatever comes our way that seems like a good fit. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Most people find us because someone they know told them about us. We think that is the best way to work. Our office isn't always the tidiest place because there are always drawings and material samples sitting on the tables. We spend a lot of time visiting sites to make sure the guys building the place are following the plans. Sometimes they don't, and then we have to sort it out. It is just part of the job. We try to be sensible about costs too. Building anything is expensive these days, so we look for ways to keep things reasonable without cutting corners. It’s just about being honest with people and doing the work day by day.
