Chatkazz

Chatkazz is tucked away at Padra Road, specifically in High Point View at F 1. It is not a place you would miss if you are looking for it, but it is not flashy either. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients in the back kitchen. It is a lot of chopping and mixing to get things ready for the day. The building is okay, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb for some. We have got a few tables and chairs, mostly just basic stuff that is easy to clean. Most of us here have been working together for a while now. We know the regulars who come by for their usual orders. Padra Road is always moving, so there is always something to look at out the window. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, and we just have to tell people we are out. It is just a normal part of running a food place. We do not have a big philosophy or anything. We just show up, open the doors, and start cooking. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the summer, but we manage. We have got the radio playing most of the time to keep things from being too quiet. If you find yourself over by High Point View, that is where we are. Just a local spot doing what we do every day without much fuss or bother.
