Square A Contemporary Art Gallery

Our gallery is at 75, Gangaur Ghat. It’s a beautiful area right by the water. We spend our time hanging pictures and moving frames around. The light comes in through the door and hits the paintings in a nice way. It’s usually pretty quiet in here, which is a nice break from the street outside. People wander in after walking by the lake. Some of them don't know much about art and just want to look. That’s fine with us. We aren't experts, we just like having the stuff on our walls. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The walls are white and we try to keep them clean, but there’s always a smudge somewhere. We sit at the small desk and wait for visitors. Sometimes nobody comes for hours. We use that time to organize the catalog or just look out at the ghat. It’s a peaceful way to spend a day. We have different kinds of art, whatever we can find that looks interesting. It’s not a corporate place. We just run it ourselves. If you walk down to Gangaur Ghat, you’ll find us easily. It’s a small space but we make it work. Just a simple gallery for people to see something different while they are out walking. We don't have much else to say about it.
