Our gallery is located at 2 Jagdish Marg, inside Arzia House. It’s a bit more tucked away than the shops on the main road. The building has a lot of character, but it also has its quirks, like creaky floors and old windows. We spend our time hanging up different pieces of art and making sure the lighting is okay. It’s a quiet place most of the time. We don't get the huge crowds you see near the palace. Instead, people find us when they are walking through the lanes of the old city. We spend a lot of our day cleaning glass frames and moving things around. Sometimes an artist will come by to drop something off, and we’ll sit and have a cup of tea. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We like the stillness of the rooms here. The walls are thick, which helps keep it cool when the sun is beating down outside. There isn't a lot of fancy technology here. We use a simple ledger for our records. Arzia House is a nice old place to be based in. We have a few regular visitors who just come in to look around and chat for a bit. It’s a nice change of pace from the busy markets nearby. We just keep the doors open and wait for whoever might be interested in seeing what’s on the walls today.
