Shubh Property

Shubh Property is located on Fatehpura Bedla Road. It’s a busy stretch of road that connects different parts of the neighborhood. Our office is right there on the main path, so we see a lot of people passing by on their way to work or school. It’s a modest setup we have here. We deal with houses, shops, and land in the surrounding areas. Inside, it’s mostly just a couple of tables and some old metal shelves for our files. We have a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit when it’s on high speed, but it keeps us cool enough. Most of our day involves meeting people who are looking for a new home or wanting to sell a piece of land they’ve held for years. We do a lot of walking and driving around to show people different sites in the heat. Then we come back here to handle the papers and make calls. Fatehpura Bedla Road is growing fast, so there’s always something new happening outside our door. We’ve got a small water cooler in the corner for the hot days. It’s not a corporate office, just a local spot where we do our business every day. We try to be helpful and just tell people what we know about the local market. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when it’s quiet. We’ve been at this location for a while and the neighbors are all friendly. It’s just us, working away.
