Bhavishya Real Home

We are located up on the third floor of Mehta Sadan on Durga Nursery Road. It is near the Tukhari Samasdhi, so if you are in that area, you aren't far from us. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day since the lift can be temperamental sometimes. Bhavishya Real Home is a small operation, really. We spend most of our mornings checking on listings and the afternoons out meeting people at different sites. The office is usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and maps of the local colonies. We don't bother with fancy decorations because we are usually too busy to notice them anyway. It can be a lot of work keeping track of who is selling what along Durga Nursery Road. We have lived in this city our whole lives, so we know which neighborhoods are growing and which ones are staying the same. People come to us when they need a place to stay or if they have some land they don't know what to do with. We don't make big promises, we just show what is available and let the property speak for itself. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and walking around in the sun. But we like being part of the community here. It feels good to help a neighbor find a home. That is what our days look like, plain and simple.
