Choudhary Property

Our office is in G-9 at Anand Plaza, which sits right on University Road. It is a pretty well-known building in this part of Udaipur. Dealing with property means we spend a lot of time talking to people about land and houses. Some days are very slow and we just sit here watching the cars go by on the road outside. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and people keep coming in with papers and questions. University Road is always active because of the students and the shops nearby. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and a few desks in the office. We try to keep track of what’s for sale or rent in the city, but it’s a lot to manage. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy and we have to spend hours sorting it out to keep things straight. We’ve been in this plaza for a few years now. It’s a small space, but it works for what we do. We know most of the other shop owners in Anand Plaza and we often grab tea from the stall around the corner. If you are looking for property stuff, this is where we stay from morning until evening. It isn't a fancy corporate setup, just a local office where we handle business as it comes. We just try to stay busy and help people find what they need for their families.
