We are located right across from the Dalal Petrol Pump on B N College Road, near Sevashram. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows the petrol pump as a landmark. The traffic can get a bit much during college hours, but that’s just the way it is in this part of the city. Most of the people we talk to are looking for places near the college or just general residential spots in the Sevashram area. We spend our days mostly on the phone or meeting people at the property sites. It’s not just sitting in an office; we have to go out and check the properties ourselves to see what condition they’re in. Sometimes a house needs a lot of work, and we tell the buyers that straight up. We don't see the point in hiding things. We handle rentals, sales, and some commercial stuff too. It’s a big mix. Being on B N College Road means we see a lot of students and staff members too. We keep our records in a few ledgers and try to stay organized. Real estate can be messy with all the different laws and prices changing all the time, so we just try to keep up with the local news. We’ve known the local shopkeepers for years. It feels like a small community even though it's a very busy road. We just do our job and help people find a spot that fits.
