Sahil The Real Estate is located at Meera Plaza on the first floor. We are at 1 Shakti Nagar Community Hall Road. It’s a decent spot, easy to get to if you are in the Shakti Nagar area. The community hall is right there, so there is usually something happening nearby. Our office in Meera Plaza is where we spend most of our time when we aren't out looking at buildings. We have a couple of rooms and some basic furniture. It’s not a place meant for showing off. It’s a place for work. We talk to a lot of different people every day, from young couples looking for their first flat to older folks selling their land. We’ve been operating here for some years and have seen how the prices go up and down. We don't have any secrets. We just tell people what we know about the market. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on things. We aren't a big chain of real estate agents. It’s just a few of us here. We like Shakti Nagar because it’s a central location for our work. The plaza has other shops too, so it’s always busy. If you need to find us, just head up to the first floor. We are usually there unless we are out on a site visit. We keep things pretty informal and relaxed in the office. We don't wear suits unless we really have to for a meeting.
