You can find us at 26 Old Fatehpura, right near the Pula Road and Fatehpura Circle area. It is a good spot because everyone passes through here eventually. We have been working out of this office for some time now, dealing with all the local property matters that come our way. The traffic around the circle can get a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our space isn't anything fancy, just some chairs and a couple of desks where we go over documents. Most of the day is spent either talking to neighbors or driving out to look at different plots and houses nearby. We don't really do the big corporate thing here. It’s more about knowing the people in the area and keeping an ear to the ground. Sometimes the coffee machine works and sometimes it doesn't, which is just part of the daily routine at Shree Shyam Property. People stop in to ask about land prices or maybe they have a house they want to list. We write everything down in our ledgers and try to stay on top of the details. It gets busy, especially on the weekends when people have time to look around. We’ve lived and worked in this part of the city long enough to know the shortcuts and the quiet streets. Having our office at 26 Old Fatehpura means we're never far from the action. It is just a normal local business, run by people who live right here.
