Ankur Properties is located on the Pahadaa University Main Road. If you know where Mahesh Provision Store is, then you can find us easily because we are right near it. It’s a good location because of all the students and staff from the university moving about. Our office is a simple one. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look through listings. We don't do anything fancy here. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or showing people around the neighborhood. Pahadaa is a busy area, and the main road always has traffic. We like being close to the provision store because we can grab a snack or tea whenever we need it. We’ve been doing this for quite some time now. We know which houses are good and which ones have issues with the plumbing or the roof. We don't try to hide things. If a place is noisy, we say so. It’s better that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest property dealers in the city. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. It’s a local business run by local people. We don't have a big budget for ads, so we just rely on being here every day. People stop by when they see our sign on their way to the university. We just take things one day at a time here in the office.
