Raman Property

Our office is right in Udaipole, directly across from Ambay Palace. It is a landmark most people around here know well, so it makes finding us pretty easy. We have been Raman Property for a good bit now, sitting in this same spot and watching the buses go by. Dealing with real estate isn't always smooth, and we spend a lot of our time dealing with the small stuff that comes up. We don't have a slick website or a bunch of assistants. It’s just us handling the keys and the contracts. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking over some paperwork. The office is a bit small, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We know the owners around Udaipole and the nearby streets quite well. People trust us to tell them the truth about a place, even if it isn't what they want to hear. Sometimes a deal goes through quick, and other times it takes months of waiting. That’s just the nature of property work. We keep our files in folders and try to keep things simple. There is no need for big words or complicated processes. We just talk to people, see what they are looking for, and see if we have something that fits. You can find us right there opposite Ambay Palace almost every day of the week. It is straightforward work for us every day at the shop.
