Our office is tucked away at 218A Sardarpura, inside T 8 of Mayura Appartment. It is a bit different being based in an apartment building, but it makes things feel a bit more personal and quiet. We have been Highrise Realtors for a while, working right here in the heart of Sardarpura. It is a nice neighborhood where people actually know their neighbors. Our workspace is pretty simple, with some chairs for visitors and a couple of computers for our work. We spend a lot of time walking around the different blocks in the area to see what is for sale or rent. We don't have any flashy billboards or big advertisements. Most of the people who come to see us heard about us from someone else in the building or nearby. It is just the way things work around here. We handle the paperwork, talk to the owners, and try to make sure everything is in order. Sometimes we have to deal with stubborn plumbing issues or lost keys, but that is just part of managing property. It isn't always exciting, but it keeps us busy. We like the local vibe of Sardarpura and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
