Shreenath Property

Our shop is out at 41437 Goverdhan Vilas, right on the 100 Feet Road in Sector-14. It’s a good location because the road is wide and there’s plenty of development happening around us. We deal with all kinds of local properties, whether it’s land or houses. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few chairs for people to sit and a desk where we keep all our property registers. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us working here every day. Most of our work involves talking to people who want to buy or sell something and then going out to look at the sites. We spend a lot of time outdoors, especially in the afternoons. Sector-14 has changed a lot since we started, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up. We don't do any fancy advertising. Usually, people see our board on the 100 Feet Road and just walk in to ask about prices. We try to give them honest information about what’s available. Sometimes the market is slow, and other times it’s very busy. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest property dealers in the city. We just want to run our small business and help people find what they’re looking for. It’s a regular job for us, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now, just sitting here by the road.
