Shree Poonam Properties

We've been at 2 Shastri Circle for a while now. It’s a busy spot, you know how it is around the circle with the traffic always moving. Shree Poonam Properties is just our small setup here. Most days start with opening the shutters and getting the dust off the desks. It gets pretty loud outside during peak hours but we manage. We handle property stuff, mostly just talking to people who walk in looking for a place or wanting to sell. There’s always a lot of paperwork piled up on the side. Sometimes the fan makes a weird clicking noise but we haven't got around to fixing it yet. People around here know us as the place right by the circle. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just sitting with clients over tea. It’s not fancy, just some chairs and a few maps on the wall. The local tea stall guy knows our order by heart and brings it over without us asking. Dealing with land and buildings keeps us busy enough. Some days are slow, others we don't have time to eat lunch until late. We just try to keep things moving. Shastri Circle is a good landmark, easy for people to find us even if they aren't from this side of town. That’s pretty much it, just us working out of this small office day in and day out, looking at files and meeting neighbors who stop by to say hello. We keep the door open for the breeze.
