Shree Gatodji Enterprises & Real Estate is up on the 4th floor of the Indraprasth Complex at Delhi Gate. Being on the 4th floor means we have to deal with the stairs or the lift every day, but it gives us a bit of a break from the noise down on the street. Delhi Gate is a very busy spot, so it is nice to be a little bit above it all. We have been in office number 111 for quite some time now. It is not a huge space, but it is enough for us to keep our files and meet with clients. We do a bit of everything here when it comes to real estate. Some days we are dealing with shops and other days it is houses. We do not have a big fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on the fact that we have been here a while and people know where to find us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people for tea to discuss deals. It is a lot of back and forth, making sure everyone is happy with the terms. We try to be practical about things. If a deal does not make sense, we do not push it. It is just us working hard every day to keep things moving. The Indraprasth Complex has many offices, but people usually find their way to us because they want a straight answer.
